Our Services are designed to supplement your driving theory test preparation and should be used alongside official study materials provided by your local licensing authority.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You can sign up using your email address (magic link authentication) or through Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

4. Free and Pass Pack Services

4.1 Free Services

We offer certain features free of charge, including limited practice tests and access to road sign information. Free services may have usage limitations and may display promotional content.

4.2 Pass Pack

The Pass Pack is available as a one-time purchase (no subscription) that provides lifetime access to premium features, including unlimited practice tests, extended quizzes, detailed explanations, and priority support.

4.3 Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region.

4.4 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for Pass Pack purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date for a full refund. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of our Services without permission
  • Use automated systems or bots to access our Services
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Engage in any activity that could damage our reputation

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The results obtained from using our Services will be accurate
  • Using our Services will guarantee passing your driving theory test

ExamReady is a study aid and does not replace official study materials or guarantee exam success. Your test results depend on various factors including your personal preparation and the specific requirements of your local licensing authority.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXAMREADY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use our Services
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to our Services
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our Services

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExamReady and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
